Yoga therapy for all participants consists of omkar sadhana, pranayama session, special practice sessions, lectures. One remains busy with the sessions from 5.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Everyday parameters checking and counselling by doctors is also important part of the schedule.
The campus is beautiful and you get some time to tune in with the nature. You can see the moon while going for Omkar Sadhana at 5.30 and then while coming from Pranayama can see the rising sun. The tuning in with nature time coordinates with the sunset timings!!
All the buildings in Prashanti do have beautiful and meaningful names. There is a temple complex in the campus.
