  फुलांचे दुकान  कमळांचा गुच्छ  सुगंधी लिलियम्स  सुगंधी लिलियम्स  Phnom Penh मधील सेंट्रल मार्केट मधले हे एक फुलांचे दुकान आहे. लक्षात ठेवा की Phnom Penh चा उच्चार करताना सुरुवातीचा Ph आणि शेवटचा h सायलेंट आहे, त्याचा उच्चार करायचा नाही. म्हणजे फक्त नॉम पेन असे म्हणायचे. अवघड वाटते आहे का लक्षात ठेवायला? मग तुम्ही नॉम पेन च्या जुन्या नावाचा उच्चार करून पहा. तो कदाचित सोपा वाटेल. जुने नाव आहे Krong Chaktomuk Serimongkul !!!   नॉम पेन मधील, म्हणजेच कंबोडियाच्या राजधानीमधील सेंट्रल मार्केट हे अगदी अवश्य जाण्याजोगे ठिकाण आहे.  सेंट्रल मार्केट  📷Wikimedia Commons आर्ट डेको शैलीतील ही इमारत आहे. गडद पिवळ्या रंगाचा एक भव्य घुमट मध्यभागी आणि त्यातून निघालेली चार दालने अशी इमारतीची रचना आहे. हे सगळेच वेगवेगळ्या दुकानांनी गच्च भरलेले आहे. दागिने, टर्न, मौल्यवान खडे, भेट वस्तू, स्मृतिचिन्हे, कपडे, घड्याळे, खेळणी, भांडी ... तुम्ही कोणतेही नाव घ्या आणि बहुतेक ते इथे मिळेलच!  मध्यभागी असलेला घुमट  📷Wikimedia Commons दुकानांनी गजबजलेले एक दालन . 📷Wikimedia Commons हि इमारत १९३७ मध्ये बांधली गेली.

Jewellery, gemstones, gift articles, souvenirs, clothing, watches,toys.. name anything and most probably,you will get it here in Central Market.
